摘要
对少数民族传统文化资源的研究、抢救、保护和开发利用,将为少数民族地区经济社会发展奠定坚实的基础,这已经成为各少数民族地区广大民众的共识。如何有效促进少数民族传统文化的传承与创新?从文化的共享性看,只有开发它才能拥有它;从文化价值的变动性看,文化价值的大小取决于研究的深度和开发的程度;从文化的继承性看,文化的传承与创新必须尊重历史、尊重规律;从文化多样性看,文化的传承与创新必须突出民族特色。
The research,rescue,protection and development of the minority＇s traditional cultural resources will set a solid foundation for the economic and social development in the minority area,which has become a common sense of the minorities. How to boost the inheritance and innovation of the traditional culture？ From the perspective of culture share,it can only be possessed through its development.From the perspective of the variability of the culture value,the size of the cultural value depends on its research depth and developing degree. From the perspective of the culture inheritance,the inheritance and innovation has to respect the history and rules. From the perspective of culture diversity,the inheritance and innovation has to highlight national features.
