摘要
目的:测定不同地块和不同采收年份的牡丹皮中的重金属有害元素。方法:采用原子吸收分光度法和原子荧光光度法测定。结果:该方法可以定量检测牡丹皮中的重金属有害元素;不同地块和不同采收年份的牡丹皮重金属有害元素有一定的差别。结论:该方法可以用于牡丹皮中重金属有害元素的检测。
Objective Determination of different plots and the heavy metal in different harvest year of cortex moutan. Methods Byatomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results The method can quantitatively detect heavymetals in cortex moutan; Different plots and harvest year peony tare metal has a certain difference. Conduslon This method can beused for detection of heavy metals in cortex moutan.
