摘要
保障青年发展是经济发展的重要价值之维,就业权和受教育权是保障青年发展的重要条件,现实中的就业困境和教育不公平等问题严重削弱了青年发展的基础与条件。解决青年发展问题的关键是要构建和优化以保障人的生存和发展为中心的制度体系。鉴于人的发展经济学研究出现的问题,研究经济发展与青年发展权实现必须以人的发展与经济运动的相互关系作为逻辑起点,从制度层面寻找根本解决对策;对于人的发展经济学研究,应转变固化研究思维和融合多元学科知识,加强青年学者培养和构建学术共同体。
To protect the development of the youth is one of the most important value in economic development. Employment rights and education rights are the conditions to guarantee the development the youth. In reality, the inequity if education and employment weaken the base and conditions of the youth development. The key to resolve this problem is to establish a human survival and development-oriented system. Based on the present situation in the study of economics on human development, we should take the mutual relations between human development and economy as the start point in the research on economic development the youth development rights, so as to find the final countermeasure from the systematic level. Relevant suggestions are proposed such as use new thinking of research, integration of diverse research subject knowledge, strengthen the training of young scholars and establish academic community.
