2种微生态制剂对淇河鲫幼鱼摄食、生长和体成分的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Two Probiotics on Feeding,Growth and Body Composition of Juvenile Qihe Crucian Carp Carassius auratus

摘要 试验研究了EM菌及酵母细胞壁多糖对淇河鲫幼鱼生长和体成分的影响。以1200尾淇河鲫幼鱼为试验对象,随机分为4组(A、B、C、D),每组3个重复,每重复100尾试验鱼。A组(对照)、B组(泼洒EM菌1mL/m3)、C组(投喂添加酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg的饲料)、D组(泼洒EM菌1mL/m3+投喂添加酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg的饲料),试验期30d。结果显示,与对照组相比,淇河鲫质量增加率分别提高31.22%、101.38%、59.89%,饵料系数分别下降6.78%、14.41%、7.63%;EM菌1 mL/m3组鱼体粗蛋白含量显著提高、粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05);酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组鱼体粗灰分含量显著提高(P<0.05);EM菌1mL/m3+酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组鱼体粗蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验组必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、总氨基酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);EM菌1mL/m3组花生四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸含量显著高于对照粗(P<0.05),酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组和EM菌1mL/m3+酵母细胞壁多糖4g/kg组各种脂肪酸含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。 A feeding trail was conducted to evaluate effect of effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides on feeding,growth performance and body composition in juvenile Qihe crucian carp Carassius auratus,in which 1200 healthy juveniles were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates of each 100 individuals and fed basic diet without microcologics(a control group,A)and diets supplemented with 1milliliter of effective microorganisms per cubic metre culture water(group B),4000 mg yeast cell wall polysaccharides per kg diet(C),and 1ml effective microorganisms per cubic metre culture water and 4000 mg yeast cell wall polysaccharides per kg diet(group D),for 30 d.The weight gain rate was shown to be increased by 31.22%in group B,101.38%in group C,and 59.89%in group D,and the food conversion rate to be decreased by 6.78%in group B,14.41%in group C,and 7.63%in group D compared with that in the control group.The juveniles fed the diets containing effective microorganisms had significantly elevated crude protein content and significantly lower crude fat content compared with the control group(P〈0.05).Yeast cell wall polysaccharides were found to lead to significant increase in crude ash content(P〈0.05).There was significant increase in protein content in the juveniles in the group D(P〈0.05).The contents of essential amino acids,delicious amino acids,and total amino acids were significantly higher in the treatment groups than those in the control group(P〈0.05).There were significantly higher arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid contents in the juveniles in group B(P〈0.05),without significant difference in all kinds of fatty acid contents between groups C and D and the control group.
