摘要
目的:建立不同基因型沙眼衣原体(CT)小鼠生殖道感染模型,分析c HSP60在不同基因型沙眼衣原体小鼠生殖道感染中表达的差异。方法:在5组雌性小鼠阴道内分别接种E、F、J、K、H型沙眼衣原体,ELISA法检测感染后第7 d阴道-宫颈分泌物和第35 d子宫输卵管组织匀浆中c HSP60的表达,将结果进行比较。结果:接种CT后7 d,E组分泌物中c HSP60表达明显高于其余各实验组及对照组(P值均<0.05)。接种CT后35 d,E组c HSP60水平低于其余各实验组(P<0.05);H组c HSP60水平高于E组、F组、J组(P<0.05)。结论:不同型别CT感染小鼠生殖道后,在不同感染阶段c HSP60表达水平存在差异,推测c HSP60可能参与了泌尿生殖道CT感染引起的免疫损伤。
Objective:To analyze the difference of criSP60 expression by establishing mouse genital tract infection with different CT genotypes. Methods:Female mice were infected by differ- ent genotypes of Chlamydia Trachomatis by intravaginal inoculation. Expression of criSP60 in the uterus and fallopian tube was detected by ELISA on days 7 and 35 post-inoculation. Results:On day 7 post-inoculation, criSP60 expression increased significantly in E group compared with other experimental and control groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). On day 35 post-inoculation, criSP60 expression de- creased significantly in E group compared with other experimental groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while criSP60 expression in H group was superior to that in E, F and J groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion : There exists a discrepancy in the criSP60 expression of different CT genotypes and in the dif- ferent infection periods. It is suggested that criSP60 may be involved in CT-induced immune inju- ry of the urogenital tract.
