摘要
讨论了化工类专业硕士"双导师制"在实施过程中存在的一些根本性问题。"双导师制"的实施是一个系统工程,需要取得校企双方、校内外指导教师的共识,配套相应的政策和考核激励机制,才能保障"双导师制"的顺利实施。
The fundamental problems of chemical engineering professional master in the double tutor system were discussed. The implementation of double tutor system was a systems engineering,and need to get the consensus between school and enterprise cooperation,the double tutors. The related policies and assessment of incentive mechanism were formulated in order to ensure operation of the double tutor system to implement smoothly.
