摘要
近年来,互联网金融迅速发展,对传统银行经营模式等带来了巨大影响,一定程度割裂了银行和终端客户的直接联系,银行客户被分流,银行被电商前台后端化。面对中国经济结构变迁、利率市场化加速等外部经营环境的深刻变化,传统银行经营转型已迫在眉睫。那么,传统银行如何转型?针对这个问题,在总结分析互联网金融的发展历程、精神特质、相对优势的基础上,尝试解决改什么及如何改的问题,为传统银行的改革方向和策略提出建议,探索传统银行的经营转型之道。
In recent years,the rapid development of internet finance has brought tremendous impact on the business model of traditional banks,which has separated the direct contact between the banks and ultimate customers to some extent. Bank customers are taken away by online retailers,which makes the operation of banks from foreground to background. Facing the profound changes in the external business environment,such as the changes of China's economic structure,and the fast marketization of interest rate,we are in urgent need of business transformation of traditional banks. Therefore,how will the traditional banks transform Aiming at this problem,and based on the summarization and analysis of the development process,key features and comparative advantages of internet finance,this article tries to explore the business transformation path of traditional banks by solving the problems about what to reform and how to make reforms,and give suggestions on the direction and strategy of the reform.
