摘要
本文利用落叶松圆盘和速生杨木板进行了特殊数控加工实践。通过实木特征元素提取、创意主题开发、图像处理、浮雕处理、数控定位和加工等步骤,获得了"南国田韵"等具有艺术韵味的样品。创意和所采用的方法步骤可以为家具和装饰业有关纹样和艺术加工参考。
This essay explained the special processing of solid wood using CNC machine in order to emphasize characteristics of original wood. The specimen including are Larch and Cottonwood. Through extracting wood elements, developing creative theme, image processing, relief processing, CNC positioning and other steps of processing, the works named ＂The charm of paddy field in the south＂ and some others were obtained finally with artistic charm. It is suggested that this idea and method can be used in furniture and decoration industry as reference for patterns and artistic processing.
