摘要
介绍了泡沫染色液体系的组成,研究了搅拌速度、发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠、稳定剂海藻酸钠、碳酸钠、氯化钠、染料等因素对泡沫黏度的影响,分析了各因素对泡沫染色液流变性能的影响,同时测定了对应体系下的泡沫稳定性。结果表明,泡沫黏率随着剪切速率的增加呈现出"剪切变稀"的现象;泡沫染色液的组成如发泡剂、稳定剂、碱剂、无机盐等对泡沫的流变性能均有一定的影响;泡沫黏度和泡沫的稳定性呈现出良好的正相关性,可以通过测定泡沫黏度来验证泡沫的稳定性。
The constitute of foam dyeing fluid system was introduced, and the effects of stirring speed, foaming agent sodium lauryl sulfate, stabilizer sodium alginate, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and dyes on apparent viscosity of foam were studied. The effects of various factors on theological property of foam dyeing fluid were ana- lyzed, and foaming stability under corresponding system was tested. The results show that foam viscosity presents the phenomenon of shear thinning with the increasing of shear velocity; the constitute of foam dyeing fluids, such as foaming agent, stabilizer, alkali agent and inorganic salt have some influence on the foam stability; foam viscos- ity and foam stability present a good positive correlation , and the foam stability can be verified by testing foam viscosity.
