摘要
为有效提高综采工作面乳化液质量,引进了一种基于齿轮泵的乳化液自动配比装置。该装置仅靠水流驱动,无需电控或其他动力,能够准确控制乳化液浓度,提高综采液压设备运行可靠性。与传统的人工配比方式相比,该装置结构简单、工作稳定性高,在实现乳化液自动配比的同时降低了工人的劳动强度,保证了综采工作面液压系统持续、正常工作。
To improve the quality of mechanized mining face emulsion effectively, an emulsion automatic proportioning device based on gear pump was introduced in the paper. The device can be driven by water currents without electric or other power,and can accurately control the concentration of the emulsion, improve the running reliability of fully-mechanized mining hydraulic equipment. Compared with the traditional manual proportioning mode, this device has simple structure, high stability, and can achieve emulsion automatic proportioning while reducing the labor intensity, and can ensure the constant and normal work of the hydraulic system of fully-mechanized working face.
