摘要
目的探讨产科护理人员素质培养的效果。方法选择我院产科的专业护士106人作为研究对象,进行专科护士素质培养,完善护士综合素质。结果经素质培养后,患者满意度(77.36%)、病情观察有效度(68.87%)、按时服药率(92.45%)及患者抢救成功情况(85.85%),显著高于培养前的(59.43%)、(50.94%)、(67.92%)、(72.64%)。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);培养后,整理仪器所需时间(18.74±1.08)显著低于培养前的(23.56±1.13),导线配套完好情况(92±2.5)显著高于培养前的(76±1.3),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);培养后,护士护理效果优良率为94.34%(100/106),显著高于培养前的78.30%(83/106),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理人员经专科护士素质培养后,护士服务水平、工作效率、患者满意度及护理效果均明显提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effects of quality training on nurses in obstetric department. Method Selected 106 nurses from obstetric department in our hospital as the research object and conducted quality training on them to improve the overall quality of nurses. Results After quality training, patient satisfaction (82.36%), the validity of illness observation (68.87%), the rate of taking medicine on time (92.45%) and the success rate of rescuing patients (85.85%) were significantly higher than before (59.43%), (50.94%), (67.92%), (72.64%) with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). After training, the excellent and good rate of nursing efficacy was 94.34% (100/106), significantly higher than before 78.30% (83/106) with statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion After nurse specialist quality training, service level, working efficiency, patient satisfaction and nursing efficacy of obstetric nurses were significantly improved. It is worth clinical promotion.
