摘要
平煤股份四矿三水平回风井工程需穿过丁5-6采空区,该段岩性破碎,且含有大量积水,无法正常施工。针对上述问题,通过采用高压注浆技术、止浆垫防上浮浇筑技术、围岩破碎区段固支等技术,加快施工速度,确保井壁质量,使井筒施工安全通过采空区,大大缩短施工工期,取得显著经济效益。
The return air shaft project of three levels needed to cross the gob of Ding5- 6in Fourth Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Co.,Ltd,which contained crushed rock and a lot of water,the normal construction was unable to achieve. In order to solve these problems,with high pressure grouting technology,anti- floating technology by concrete mat and crushed rock supporting technology,the construction schedule was accelerated,the shaft wall construction quality was ensured,and shaft construction crossed the gob safely,thus the construction period was shortened greatly,finally achieved significant economic benefits.
