摘要
爆炸复合材料因其优异的性能而被广泛应用于众多领域。它的界面结合度是判断复合工艺、质量的重要依据。为了观察到真实清晰的界面结合情况,从磨光、抛光和侵蚀等关键操作步骤以及注意事项和技术要领等方面较为系统地阐述了爆炸复合材料界面显微组织的金相制备技术。结果表明:提出的制备技术是合理可行的。
Explosive welding material is widely used in many fields for its excellent properties. Interface combination status of the material is very necessary in performance judging. In order to observe interface combination status clearly, metallography technology for preparation of explosive welding material interface samples is described systematically including operational procedure and technical points in burnishing, polishing and corrosion. The results show that this technique is effective.
