摘要
论述了建设数字图书馆的意义,分析了县级数字图书馆建设现状及存在问题,提出了在数字化信息技术高速发展时期建设县级数字图书馆的具体措施。
This paper discusses the significance of the construction of digital library, analyzes the current status of and existing problems in the construction of county-level digital library, and puts forward some concrete measures for the construction of county-level digital library in the high speed development period of digital information technology.
