总结三明市沙县青州镇采取建机构、定制度、重监督等措施对"三资"监管所取得的成效,并提出确保农村集体资产资源保值增值的相关措施。
Summarizing Practices,such as the organization construction,rule establishment,strengthening the suPervision,“3-endowment（ fund,assets and resource）”suPervision achieved certain effectiveness in Qingzhou Town Sha County. The correlative countermeasures to Preserve and increase the value of rural collective assets and resource were also summarized.
