煤基、石油基石脑油裂解性能及经济性分析 被引量:7

Contrastive Analysis of Cracking and Economical Efficiency Between Coal-based Naphtha and Crude Oil-based Naphtha

摘要 间接液化煤制油过程中,副产大量煤基石脑油。从馏程、芳烃指数、族组成等方面,对煤基石脑油和石油基石脑油的物性进行了对比分析,可知煤基石脑油是优良的乙烯裂解原料。通过蒸汽裂解模拟计算及对比分析可知,煤基石脑油裂解的乙烯、丙烯、双烯(乙烯+丙烯)、三烯(乙烯+丙烯+丁二烯)收率均高于石油基石脑油。通过技术经济测算可知,用煤基石脑油替代石油基石脑油进行蒸汽裂解,具有较好的经济性。 Large quantities of coal-based naphtha were by-produced from coal-to-liquid plants.Physical properties of the coal-based naphtha and crude oil-based naphtha were compared in terms of boiling range,aromatic index and group composition.Steam cracking analog computation was worked out for coal-based naphtha and crude oil-based naphtha,and comparisons and analysis revealed that the coal-based naphtha was a good raw material for ethylene cracking.The technoeconomic estimation indicated that steam cracking using coal-based naphtha instead of crude oil-based naphtha as feedstock had better economical efficiency.
