摘要
以KMn O4为锰源、CO(NH2)2为还原剂,在90℃水热条件下通过氧化还原反应制备Mn O2。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外光谱等技术对所得产物进行表征。利用差示扫描量热技术研究了Mn O2对高氯酸铵(AP)和黑索金(RDX)热分解行为的影响,进行了热分解动力学分析,并探讨了二元体系的相容性。结果表明,Mn O2的添加使AP的分解过程提前,但对RDX的分解峰温影响很小。
By using KMn O4 as manganese source and CO( NH2)2as reducing agent,Mn O2 was prepared via hydrothermal reaction at 90 ℃. The as-prepared product was characterized by XRD,SEM and IR. Catalytic effects of Mn O2 on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate and cyclonite were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The kinetics of thermal decomposition was studied and the compatibilities of binary mixture were discussed. The results showed that thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate was brought forward after adding Mn O2. However,it had little effect on the decomposition peak temperature of cyclonite.
