摘要
面对当前我国依然严峻的腐败形势,国家提出以法治思维和法治方式推进反对腐败工作,从而促进我国的法治建设,实现以人为本、司法为民的要求。这就要求有关部门必须充分认识到运用法治思维和法治方式进行反对腐败的重要性,并进一步通过立法、完善反腐法律体系和加强监督等形式,为我国反对腐败工作的顺利进行提供坚强保障。
Currently,China still faces a serious anti-corruption situation and has come up with the proposal to push forward the anti-corruption work in compliance with the thought and the practice of society ruled by Law to promote the legal construction and properly exercise the judicial rights for the interests of people. It requires that related departments should have a comprehensive understanding of the significance of applying the thoughts and practice of a law--abiding society to anti-corruption. It also calls for a robust guarantee for anti-corruption work through strengthening legislation, supervision and bettering anti-corruption legal system.
