摘要
以某矿区油罐区危险性较大的蒸气云爆炸事故作为研究对象,通过数学模型对事故影响范围进行解算,研究了油罐容量为70t时爆炸产生的超压冲击波对人和建筑物的影响范围。借助PHAST软件模拟了相同条件下爆炸事故的危险区域范围,并与数学模型解算结果进行对比,得出当超压小于0.020 MPa时人所在的安全距离为10.5 m,计算值和模拟值误差不超过2%;同时得出大气稳定度几乎不影响蒸气云爆炸超压的影7响范围,验证了模拟结果的有效性和正确性。
Taking the gas station oil tank vapor cloud explosion accident as the research object, using the accident coverage mathematical solution model, the influence range of explosion overpressure wave on the people and buildings when the storage capacity is 70 t was studied. The scope of the danger area under the same conditions of explosion accident was simulated by the software PHAST. It was concluded when compared the computed results with the mathematical model that when the overpres- sure was less than 0.02 MPa, the safe distance was 10.5 m, the error between calculated result and simulation result did not exceed 2% atmospheric stability almost did not affect the super pressure influence range of vapor cloud explosion. These verified the effectiveness and correctness of the simulation resuits.
