摘要
考察了在正己烷、AOT/异辛烷反胶束体系、[bmim][PF6]离子液体和[bmim][BF4]离子液体四种体系中脂肪酶CCL催化醋酸乙烯酯与异辛醇的转酯反应以及影响反应转化率的一些因素,确定了较为适宜的反应条件;进行了脂肪酶CCL催化醋酸乙烯酯与异辛醇的转酯反应酶的重复利用性实验;扩展了醇的种类,考察了直链醇(己醇)、不饱和醇(异戊烯醇)、2级醇(仲辛醇)在两种离子液体和正己烷中转化率。
The transesterification of vinyl acetate and iso-octanol catalyzed by CCL Lipase with hexane, reversed micelles (AOT/isooctane), [bmim] [PF6] ionic liquid or [bmim] [BF4] ionic liquid as reaction media were investigated, as well as the affects of the rate of the conversion. A more appropriate reaction conditions were determined. The reused experiments of the transesterification catalyzed by CCL lipase were carried. And the kinds of alcohol were extended through studying the conversion rates of a straight-chain alcohol (hexanol), an unsaturated alcohol (isoamyl alcohol), two alcohol (octanol) in both ionic liquid and hexane.
