摘要
采用无刷直流电动机驱动电动螺丝刀可实现性能的全面提升。依据电动螺丝刀的应用特点,基于PES331单片机研制了电动螺丝刀用无刷直流电动机驱动系统。在硬件上具体设计了功率驱动模块、温度采样电路及输入电压采样电路、主控模块电路和操作检测板电路;在控制策略上设计了电机驱动控制策略、操作按键控制策略和保护策略,并给出主控程序流程图。最后完成驱动控制器制作并实验验证,可满足电动螺丝刀用无刷直流电动机的驱动要求。
The comprehensive performances of electric screwdriver drived by the brushless DC motor will be overall raised. The driving control system of electric screwdriver based on PES331 MCU and brushless DC motor was researched and developed according the application characteristics of electric screwdriver. The total hardware circuit was composed of the control chip circuit,power drive circuit,the temperature sampling circuit,the input voltage sampling and the operating detection circuit. The control strategy of motor cotrol,power drive,key operation and system pertection was designed. The control system of electric screwdriver drived by the brushless DC motor was accomplished and the effectiveness and practicality was verified.
