摘要
在已有的专利产品基础上,针对翻转式鱼鳞坑开沟犁整机结构中的犁体翻转和液压部分进行了优化改进设计,应用机械、液压、电控装置实现了不同土壤类型的鱼鳞坑开沟间距式作业,解决了在单犁体鱼鳞坑开沟犁返程时因开沟翻土方向不在坡下而是在开出的沟上面的作业问题。新研制的翻转式鱼鳞坑开沟工作结构装置集机械、液压、电控为一体,开沟效率高,性能可靠,市场前景广阔。
On the basis of the existing patent product , the tilting fish-scale pits plough device has been optimized and improved on the tilting and hydraulic parts of plough body .The mechanical ,hydraulic and electronic control devices are used to finish ditching the fish-scale pits in distances in different soil types , which has solved the problem that the turned soil was faced to the uphill direction instead of the downhill direction when the single -plough type fish-scale pits plough worked in the return process .The newly developed tilting fish-scale pit plough integrate the mechanical , hydraulic and e-lectronic control devices as a whole with high effecience , reliable performance and wide prospect of market .
