摘要
从河南省不同玉米种植区采集玉米茎基腐病病样,对病原菌进行分离鉴定,并研究河南省主要玉米栽培品种对茎基腐病的抗性。结果表明,河南省玉米茎基腐病的病原菌主要是镰孢菌(Fusariumsp.);在分离到的89个镰孢菌菌株中,优势种为禾谷镰孢菌(F.graminearum),共有49个,占55.06%;其次为层出镰孢菌(F.proliferatum)和轮枝镰孢菌(F.verticillioides),分别占24.72%和20.22%。品种抗性试验结果表明,郑单958、先玉335和郑黄糯2号对玉米茎基腐病表现出较好的抗性,洛玉818和浚单20为高感品种。
In this study,corn samples showing stalk rot from various corn growing areas in Henan province were collected for pathogen identification,and the disease resistance of main corn varieties was assayed.The results showed that the pathogen causing cron stalk rot was mainly Fusariumsp.;Among the 89 isolated stains,F.graminearum was the dominant species,accounting for 55.06%(49strains),followed by F.proliferatum and F.verticillioides,accounting for 24.72% and 20.22%,respectively.Through disease resistance assay,it was found that Zhengdan 958,Xianyu 335 and Zhenghuangnuo 2showed good resistance against corn stalk rot,while Luoyu 818 and Xundan 20 were highly susceptible to the disease.
