摘要 目的在烟草包装过程中不可避免地有不合格品产生,研究利用视觉检测系统及时发现不合格品,以有效提高烟草包装质量。方法给出烟草包装机的视觉检测系统设计方案,分析视觉检测系统的检测过程及原理,并进行实机测试。结果添加视觉检测系统后,不合格烟包的有效剔除率比原来提高2.5%左右。结论通过在烟草包装机上添加视觉检测系统,利用图像相似性检测及边缘检测原理,可以有效提高不合格烟包的剔除率,降低了包装材料的消耗,减轻了下游机的运转负担。 Targeting at the disqualified products produced during the tobacco packaging process, the aim of this study was to find and remove those disqualified products in time using a vision detection system, in order to improve the tobacco packaging quality. The design scheme of the vision detection system for tobacco packaging machine was given, and the detection process and principle of the vision detection system were analyzed. Finally, real test of the machine was conducted.The effective removal rate of unqualified cigarette packets was increased by about 2.5% after adoption of the vision detection system. By equipping the tobacco packaging machine with the vision detection system, and using the image similarity detection principle and edge detection principle, the removal rate of unqualified cigarette packets was effectively improved,which reduced the consumption of packaging material and relieve the operation load of the downstream machine.
