摘要
文章主要介绍名老中医庞德湘教授治疗肿瘤的学术经验。庞教授认为肿瘤病因为虚和毒,提出"分阶论治"思想;钻研《金匮要略》及各家学说,创制大量临床验方;善于药对配伍,但总体思路不离"八法";遣方崇尚脾胃观,防癌注重"治未病"理论。通过对其学术思想根源探讨,解析学术思想背后的精神实质。
This paper introduced professor PANG De-xiang＇s academic thoughts in cancer treatment. Professor PANG considered that the etiology of tumour was deficiency and toxin, and he put forward the idea about treatments by phases. Professor PANG concentrated on studying of theories of different schools of traditional Chinese medicine and Synopsis of Golden Chamber and created a large number of clinical prescriptions, and he also was good at using herb pair, while his general idea was never away from ＇eight methods＇. He advocated the theory of ＇spleen and stomach＇ and ＇preventive treatment of disease＇.
