摘要
对60Si2Mn钢CCT曲线进行测定,研究了60Si2Mn钢不同冷速下的组织变化及热处理后的组织性能。结果表明,60Si2Mn钢的临界冷却速度在3-5℃/s之间,Ms点267℃,具有很高的淬透性,经3min水淬+自回火后,从心部至表面的硬度分布均匀,均在44.67HRC以上,冲击吸收能量在13.12J以上,热处理后的60Si2Mn钢具有高的硬度和良好的韧性,能够满足高性能材料的要求。
The CCT curve of 60Si2 Mn steel was determined first,and then the microstructure change with different cooling rate was investigated.Both microstructure and performance after heat treatment.Of the steel were also studied.The results tells that,the critical cooling rate of 60Si2 Mn steel is between 3℃/s to5℃/s and Ms point is about 267℃,and the quench degree and hardenability are high.After the progress of 3minutes water quenching and self-tempering,the hardness distribution is uniform from the center to the surface of the sample.The average hardness is higher than 44.67 HRC,the impact absorption energy is over 13.12 J,and the toughness is satisfying.It may be concluded that continuous cooling heat treatment of the 60Si2 Mn steel improves the microstructure and properties to make the 60Si2 Mn steel a kind of high-performance materials.
