基于MRE减振器的变刚度半主动减振系统分析 被引量:1

摘要 磁流变弹性体(MRE)是一种新型的磁流变材料,具有磁致模量可控、可逆等优点,可广泛应用于各种可变刚度的减振器。变刚度系统是经典半主动控制系统之一。为了验证MRE减振器应用于变刚度半主动减振系统的有效性,从硅橡胶基MRE的制备入手,对其压缩性能进行了测试,测试结果表明硅橡胶基MRE的压缩模量的相对改变量达到了211%;然后对各层均装有MRE减振器的某5层框架结构进行了仿真分析,采用两种控制算法对结构进行控制比较。仿真结果表明:基于MRE减振器的变刚度半主动减振系统能有效减小框架结构的各层位移,两种控制算法得到的控制效果相近,控制效果显著。 Magnetorheological elastomer( MRE) is a new type of magnetorheological materials,with advantages of controllable capacity of magneto- induced modulus,reversibility and so on. It can be widely used for various variable stiffness shock absorbers. The variable stiffness system is one of the classic semi- active control systems. In order to verify the effectiveness of the MRE shock absorbers applied to the semi- active variable stiffness damping system,this paper starts from the preparation of the MREs based on silicone rubber,tests MREs' compression performance. The test results show that the relative change rate of compressive modulus of the MREs reaches 211%. A simulation study was performed using a five- story frame structure which was equipped with a MRE shock absorber at each layer. This paper also uses two algorithms to compare the effect of control. The simulation results show that the semi- active variable stiffness damping system employing MRE shock absorbers can effectively reduce the displacement of the frame structure. Two control algorithms have the similar and remarkable control effect.
