摘要 随着"十二五"期间国家对氮氧化物排放控制要求的进一步提高,选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝技术被广泛应用于燃煤电厂的烟气脱硝。本文介绍了我国目前燃煤电厂烟气脱硝催化剂的成分、失效机理及再生情况,分析了SCR法废脱硝催化剂处理的几种方式及存在的问题,提出了基于钒钛基SCR法废脱硝催化剂的资源化利用途径,实现工业固废的无害化、资源化综合利用,从而促进催化剂行业的健康可持续发展。 During the ‘twelfth five-year’ period, the control of nitrogen oxide emissions was more and more strict, and selective catalytic reduction ( SCR) of flue gas denitration technology was widely applied in coal-fired power plant in denitration project. The composition, failure mechanism and regeneration of denitration catalyst were introduced, the recovery of deactivated in the stage was analyzed. The utilization way of deactivated De-NOx SCR catalyst based on V2 O5-TiO2 to realize the harmless, recycling and comprehensive utilization of waste catalyst was submitted, in order to promote the health and sustainable development of the waste catalyst processing industry.
