摘要
根据恒压激励应变仪和恒流激励应变仪的温度补偿原理,设计并进行了采用不同应变仪的温度补偿实验,通过分析发现,温度补偿片无法完全消除温度对应变采集的影响;采用补偿片消除温度影响的效果并不优于普通电阻;单位温度变化产生的应变值小于试件的线膨胀系数;短期实验如温度变化不大,可忽略温度对实验的影响.
The temperature compensation principle of constant voltage exciting strain gauge and constant current exciting strain gauge is illustrated, and the temperature compensation experiments of diflerent structural members using different strain gauges are designed. It indicates that the strain transducer of temperature compensation is failed and no better than ordinary resistance to eliminate the influence of temperature. However, it can be neglected in the short-term experiment, if the strain due to unit temperature change is smaller than the linear expansion coefficient of specimen.
