摘要
滨海发电厂利用海水作为冷却用水时,直流冷却系统存在泡沫严重问题。对此,通过优化配方及乳化工艺,研制出一种专用消泡剂。研究结果表明,当硅膏∶聚醚改性聚硅氧烷质量比为9∶1,乳化剂HLB值为9.5,乳化剂用量为5%,乳化温度70℃时,制备出的消泡剂性能最佳。投加固含量,40%的消泡剂,28mg/L消泡及抑泡率即可达到100%,性能明显优于其他同类消泡剂,可有效解决海水直流冷却系统的泡沫问题。
Aiming at the serious foaming problems existing in cooling system when using seawater as the cooling water in power plants,an effective defoamer was developed to inhibit the foaming.The recipe opti-mization shows that when the mass ratio of silicon cream to polyether-polysiloxane is 9 to 1,the HLB value of emulsifier is 9.5,the mass fraction of the emulsifier is 5% and the emulsification temperature is 70 ℃, the defoamer prepared performs the best.At the addition of 28 mg/L,the defoaming rate of 40% defoamer liquid can reach 100%,proving that the prepared defoamer can solve the foaming problems effectively.
