摘要 视频数据具有获取便捷、表达直观、信息丰富的特性,使其成为GIS领域一种重要的数据源。同时,视频数据与GIS系统的集成应用已逐渐成为当前国际上的一个研究热点和新兴产业生长点。从数据采集、数据解析与数据组织检索的角度对视频空间化方法进行系统归纳与总结,详细介绍视频数据与空间信息采用字符叠加、音频调制、外部关联以及嵌入视频容器四种集成方式、原理以及特点;并阐述单张、双(多)张视频三维建模、量测原理与方法,尤其对其核心问题相机标定进行深入剖析;同时总结提炼视频/照片的基于位置检索的组织策略。最后,介绍视频GIS在相关领域的典型应用,并对其发展做了展望。 With the characteristics of convenient acquisition, intuitive representation and rich information, video data has become an important GIS data source. At the same time, the integrated applications of video data and GIS systems have gradually become a research focus in the world and an emerging industrial growing point. In the paper, we give a systematic generalisation and summary on the video spatialisation methods from the perspectives of data collection, data parsing and data organisation and retrieval, as well as the expatiation on four integrated approaches the video data and spatial information used: the character overlay, the audio modulation, the external association and the embedded video container, together with their principles and characteristics. We also elaborate three-dimensional modelling, geometric measurement principles and methods for single image or double (multiple) images, in particular, make a thorough anatomy on its core issue of camera calibration. Meanwhile we summarise and abstract the location retrieval-based organisational strategy for video/photo. Finally, we introduce the typical applications of Video GIS in correlated sectors and discuss its future development.
