摘要
目的:了解广东省基层医务人员对基本药物制度的认知和评价情况,从而为进一步加强和完善基本药物制度提出可靠的建议。方法:抽取广东省32家基层医疗卫生机构1 100名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,采用简单随机抽样的办法。结果:实施基本药物制度后,大多数基层医务人员表示收入没有受影响,但是对目前收入状况满意度不高;基层医务人员基本药物知晓率总体不高;基层医务人员对基本药物制度的实施可以降低患者医疗费用认同度最高;51.3%认为基本药物品种和数量基本能够满足基层需要,对于基本药物采购和配送环节,只有将近一半人表示基本满意。结论:建议优化补偿机制,完善薪酬机制,提高医务人员工作积极性;进一步加强基本药物制度宣传和培训工作;保障基层医疗卫生机构基本用药,确保基本医疗服务的提供。
Abstract..ObjectiveTo investigate the knowledge and assessment on national essential drug system of grass-roots medical professionals in Guangdong,in order to offer the relevant measures and advices to promote the implementation of the system. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the cognition of 1100 grass-roots medical professionals from 32 primary health care institutions in Guangdong. Results After the implementation of na- tional essential drug system,there was no obvious influence on most of the staffs＇ salary, but most of them were dissat isfied with their salary. Totally, the medical professionals“awareness of national essential drug system was not high. The medical professionals were highly recognized that the essential drug system could reduce the patients” medical ex- penses. 51.3% of medical professionals believed that the variety and quantity of essential drugs could meet the basic requirements of the grassroots. Only nearly half were satisfied with the procurement and distribution of essential drugs. Conclusions It is necessary to optimize the compensation mechanism, and improve the pay system, so as to improve the motivation of medical professionals. And to strengthen the publicity of the essential drug system and the training of the staff is also important. Additionally, it is indispensable to guarantee the availability to the essential drug for primary health care institutions, which ensures the provision of basic medical services.
