摘要
随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,农村养老问题愈发严峻。在新农保制度已经基本普及的背景下,作为该项福利制度的受益者——参保农户而言,他们如何看待自身的养老问题呢?通过对河南、山西和江苏三省318户农村居民进行入户问卷调查,以微观视角,从个人特征、家庭状况及地区三个层面考察新时期参保农户的养老意愿,并了解农户对新农保的看法,旨在从社区层面上为政府等社会公共机构解决农村养老问题提供建议。
With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization,the problem of rural endowment become increasingly serious. In the background of the popularization of new rural social endowment insurance,in terms of this policy beneficiaries——attended- rural- endowment farmers,how did they think about their pension problem？ So,according to the data of 318 peasant household investigation in Henan,Shanxi,Jiangsu province,at the micro- perspective view,the paper analysed the new current attended- rural- endowment farmers＇ desires for old- age suppor from three levels including the personal characteristics,family status and areas,and understanded how did they view new rural social endowment insurance,in oder to give the government and other social institutions some suggestions about the solution to problem of rural endowment.
