集中供热系统管网人为失水问题探讨 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了大庆市供热系统分布情况,就上一采暖季市热力公司供热管网4.54%的失水率进行了成本核算,指出了失水率大带来的管网用水成本和管网维护成本增加的问题以及目前油田热电厂所面临的生产用水方面的矛盾。统计分析表明:人为失水是造成失水率过大的主要原因。列举了4种人为失水的方式:常识馈乏、意识淡薄、素质偏低和唯利是图;给出了3种治理人为失水的途径:拓宽宣传渠道、完善政策法规和健全激励机制。对确保城市供热管网安全平稳经济地运行有指导意义。 This paper introduces the distribution of the heating system in the city of Daqing, the previous heating season 4. 54% of water loss rate of the city heating company heating-supply pipe network has been costed. Point out the problem of the increase of water cost and maintenance cost of pipe network due to the great rate of water loss and the contradiction of the production water what the oilfield heating and power plant is facing currently. Statistical analysis showed: man-made water loss is the main cause of excessive rate of water loss. List four ways of water loss : lack of common sense, consciousness, low quality and venality; give three ways of man-made water loss : broadening the channels for publicity, improving policies and regulations and completing encouragement system. It has guiding significance for ensuring safe, stable and economic operation of heating-supply pipe network of the city.
