大白菜、甘蓝和黑芥CBL1基因的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 CBL1基因在植物非生物逆境应答及发育过程中具有重要功能。本试验在解析大白菜、甘蓝和黑芥CBL1的基础上,对它们进行了系统地比较分析,为进一步研究CBL1基因在芸薹属植物中的分子进化和功能奠定基础。 BL1 gene plays pivotal roles in abiotic stress response,growth and development of plant.In this study,systematic comparison was conducted based on the analysis of CBL1 genes from Chinse cabbage,cabbage and Brassica nigra.It would establish foundations for further research on molecular evolution and function of Brassica CBL1 genes.
