摘要
故障诊断是实现容错控制的基础,为进一步提高逆变器单管开路故障诊断和定位的可靠性,提出了通过检测逆变器输出端电压实现单管开路故障的识别与定位的方法。通过分析逆变器在正常工作和开路故障两种状态下工作相逆变器的端电压,综合换相信号和PWM控制信号,采用简单的逆变器输出端电压检测方法实现了单管开路故障的识别与定位。仿真结果表明该方法能够快速有效地诊断和定位逆变器的单管开路故障。
Fault diagnosis is the basis for the realization of fault-tolerant control. To improve the reliability of fault diagnosis and location in inverter, a novel fault diagnosis and location method for single-switch open- circuit was proposed by detecting the inverter output voltage. Through synthesis of the inverter output voltage in normal work condition and open-circuit fault, commutation signals and PWM control signals, single-switch open-circuit fault in inverter was detected and recognized. Simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly and effectively diagnosis and localize single-switch open-circuit fault.
