摘要
为了防止湿天然气管道在停输过程中水合物的形成,有必要对管道的安全停输时间进行计算。湿天然气管道在停输过程中,管内介质与周围环境进行热交换,停输时间过长可能会导致水合物形成,造成再启动困难。采用多相流模拟软件对安全停输时间计算方法进行了研究,利用有限元方法分析停输时埋地管道及周围土壤温度变化情况,将天然气温度与水合物形成温度进行对比,计算湿天然气管道安全停输时间,并研究了不同输送工况下安全停输时间变化规律。一般说来,安全停输时间随着输量、起点温度、环境温度增加而延长。所以,准确计算湿天然气管道安全停输时间对于指导气田安全生产具有重要意义,可以为计划停输方案制定提供依据,防止事故停输工况下水合物的形成,提高输气管道操作安全性。
In order to prevent hydrate from forming in gas pipeline during shutdown,it is necessary to calculate its safe shutdown time.During wet natural gas pipeline shutdown,heat exchange will occur between media in gas pipeline and their surrounding environment,and hydrate will form in pipeline if shutdown time is too long,which will result in difficulty during restart.Applied is the multiphase flow simulation software to study safe shutdown time calculation methods,used is the finite element method to analyze temperature variation of buried pipeline and its surrounding soil during shutdown,compared is gas temperature with hydrate formation temperature,calculated is wet natural gas pipeline safe shutdown time and studied is the safe shutdown change rule in differen transportion conditions.Generally,safe shutdown time will increase as the throughput,temperature at the starting point and environmental temperature increase.Therefore,accurate calculation of safe shutdown time of wet natural gas pipeline is of great significance for safe production and operation.
