摘要
针对IP承载网业务服务质量评估,研究了评估流程和不同业务类型下的业务参数要求。在业务参数确定后,通过主动和被动测量两种方式获取参数值,在进行业务服务质量评估时,首先确定评估指标体系,在此基础上进行指标的无量纲化处理,确定权重系数,选择合适的评估方法进行评估。最后通过实例说明了IP承载网业务服务质量评估流程。
The process of quality of service（Qo S） evaluation in IP network is studied.The requirement of service parameters for different service types is discussed,and when the service parameters are determined,the parameter values are obtained by means of active and passive measurements.When evaluating the Qo S,the index system is defined first,based on which the dimensionless processing of the indexes is performed.The weigh coefficient is obtained by adopting analytic hierarchy process,and then suitable evaluation method is selected.The Qo S evaluation process of IP network is validated through an example.
