摘要
监理招标属于服务采购的范畴,其评审标准与施工招标有较大的差别。文章通过对国外及国内常用监理评标办法的分析,结合工程的实际情况,提出设计科学合理的监理评标办法应当注意的要点,为招标人或招标代理机构制定监理评标办法提供参考。
Construction engineering supervision bidding, evaluation criteria for which differs from construction tenders in many way, is one of the service procurement. In this paper, based on detailed analysis of common evaluation methods for construction engineering supervision bidding at home and abroad, combined with actual construction projects, some essentials are put forward to construct a scientific and rational approach for construction engineering supervision bidding evaluation. Then these discussion and conclusion shall help the tender or bidding agency to develop methods for construction engineering supervision bidding evaluation.
