摘要
建筑工程领域,EPC模式指设计、采购及施工一体化,系集成化项目管理模式的范畴。建筑信息模型,简称BIM,是建筑行业的新兴信息技术,对于提升项目管理有着较大的价值。该文从由传统设计院转型的工程公司角度出发,探讨利用BIM技术提升EPC项目管理水平的基本方法。
In constructional engineering field, EPC model means the integration of design, purchase and construction and belongs to integrated project management model. BIM, abbreviation of Building information model, is a new information technology in construction industry and is of significance to improve project management. The paper discusses some basic methods for EPC management improvement with BIM technology from the aspect of con-struction company reforming from traditional designing institute.
