摘要
目的分析并研究老年人肺心病合并冠心病的临床治疗结果.方法：将我院2010 年4 月至2013 年5 月所医治老年肺心病合并冠心病患者80 例作为研究对象,患者入院后均进行常规治疗,并在常规治疗的基础上进行个性化治疗,观察患者临床治疗结果.结果：80 例患者经临床治疗后,治愈患者35 例,显效患者25 例,有效患者10 例,无效患者8 例,其余2 例患者死亡,临床治疗总有效率为87.5%,无效和死亡率为12.5%.结论：对老年肺心病合并冠心病患者进行早期诊断和治疗,并从患者实际情况出发实施个性化治疗方法,可有效降低患者死亡率,改善患者病情,提高生活质量.
objective： to analyze and study the clinical results of the cor pulmonale in the elderly with coronary heart disease. Methods： from April 2010 to May 2013 treated 80cases of senile cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease patients as the research object, were performed after admission in patients with conventional treatment, and on the basis ofroutine therapy for personalized treatment, the clinical results were observed. Results： 80 patients after clinical treatment, the cured patients and 35 cases patients with 25 cases hadmarked effect, 10 patients with effective, 8 patients with invalid, the remaining two patients died, the clinical total effective rate was 87.5%, invalid and mortality rate of 12.5%.Conclusion： elderly patients with cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease for early diagnosis and treatment, and from a patient＇s actual situation for the implementation ofpersonalized treatment, can effectively reduce the mortality and improve the patients, improve the quality of life.
