摘要
目的对免疫比浊法在检测D-二聚体（D-D）结果的影响进行有效分析.方法： 随机收取我院2012 年3 月-2013 年10 月在我院进行健康体检与住院患者的标本共200 份,分别采用免疫比浊法与胶体金法对标本实施D-二聚体的进行重复性、稳定性与比对试验.结果：免疫比浊法在检测D-二聚体的重复性和稳定性明显优于胶体金法;而在比对试验中,免疫比浊法和胶体金法的比对结果回归方程为：y=0.3085x＋748.06,而相关系数r 为0.938,说明两种方法的相关性并不是很理想;同时在DIC 诊断效能中两者方法的敏感度与特异度相差不大.结论：两种检测方法相比较,各自都有优势,在临床实验室检测中需根据具体情况来合理选择.
Objective：to immune turbidimetric method in detection of D - dimer （D - D）, the effects of the effective analysis. Methods：random charge from March 2012 toOctober 2013 in our hospital for physical examination and hospitalized patients, a total of 200 samples, immune turbidimetric method and colloidal gold method were used respectivelyto implement D - dimer for specimens for repeatability, stability and comparative test. Results：the immune turbidimetric method in detection of D - dimer of colloidal gold method isobviously better than the repeatability and stability; In comparison test, immune turbidimetric method and colloidal gold method comparing the results of regression equation is： y =0.3085 ＋ 748.06 x, and the correlation coefficient r of 0.938, shows that the correlation of two methods is not very ideal; At the same time both the sensitivity of the method in the DICdiagnostic performance and specific degrees. Conclusion：compared two kinds of detection methods, each have advantages, in the clinical laboratory tests should be reasonable choiceaccording to specific situation.
