摘要
研究了安钢SCM435合金冷镦钢连方坯弯曲问题,通过摸索合适的二冷强度值,提高铸坯冷却均匀性,控制铸坯在辊道上的停留时间,提高上冷床时铸坯强度值,提高输送辊道精度,优化翻转冷床操作模式等措施。减少了SCM435合金冷镦钢方坯弯曲问题,取得了显著成效。
Bending problems of SCM435 cold heading alloy steel billet had been studied.
