摘要
分析了我国医学教育学制与培养方式的现状与问题,借鉴国外的医学教育现状,提出了我国医学教育学制与培养方式的改革展望,认为长学制医学教育是未来发展趋势,要大力发展五年制医学本科教育和稳步发展八年制医学博士教育,改变传统医学教学模式,建立规范化的住院医师培训制度和统一的医生继续教育体系。
Analysis on the status and problem of medical education system and training methods in China, to learn the status of medical education in foreign countries, and put forward the reform prospects of medical education system and the training methods in China, think that long schooling of medical education is the future trend, we should vigorously develop the five year undergraduate medical ed- ucation and steady develop eight years of medical doctoral education, and put forward to change the traditional medical teaching meth- ods, establish a standardized resident system and unified Continuing education system.
