摘要
湖北荆岳长江公路大桥主桥为(100+298)m+816m+(80+2×75)m双塔混合梁斜拉桥,索塔锚固区采用钢牛腿+钢锚梁结构。为掌握斜拉索索力在实桥索塔锚固区结构上的响应和受力机理,在该桥成桥荷载试验阶段选择南塔第26节段进行了试验测试。通过测试钢锚梁、钢牛腿的应力和变形,并与同节段索塔锚固区节段模型试验结果进行比对分析。结果表明:在试验荷载作用下,试验节段实测索力增量与理论索力增量相差不大;在相同索力增量下,实桥锚固区的应力测试值、钢锚梁的水平力和竖向力荷载承担比例均比节段足尺模型试验值略小,二者的应力分布规律基本一致,这些试验监测数据可供今后类似桥梁设计时参考。
The main bridge of Jingyue Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Hubei is a double- pylon hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement (100+298) m+816 m+ (80+2 × 75) m. The anchorage zone in a pylon of the bridge is of the structure of steel bracket+steel an- chor beam. To understand well the stay cable force responses in the anchorage zone and the force mechanism of the anchorage zone itself of the actual bridge, the segment No. 26 of the south py- lon of the bridge was selected and tested at the load test stage of the completed bridge. The stress and deformation of the steel bracket and steel anchor beam were tested and measured and the measurements were analyzed and compared to the segment model test for the same segment of the anchorage zone. The results of the analysis and comparison show that under the action of the test load, the differences between the measured and theoretical stay cable force increment of the tested segment are not great. Under the same stay cable force increment, the measured stress values of the anchorage zone and the ratios of the horizontal force and vertical force loads borne by the steel anchor beam are all slightly less than the values of the full-scale segment model test. The stress distribution laws of the actual test and model test are basically accordant and the data of these tests may serve as reference to the design of the bridges of similar kind in the future.
