摘要
板式无砟轨道是我国高速铁路的主要模式,在复杂运营环境、使用状态、载荷条件以及气候条件的差异下,可能出现不同的病害。通过对板式无砟轨道损伤调研,将其病害分为砂浆垫层与轨道板结构离缝、砂浆层结构缺损和混凝土伤损等。在对不同损伤类型进行原因分析的基础上,探讨不同的修复方法和修复材料,为无砟轨道的养护维修和优化设计等提供了技术支持。
Slab ballastless track is the main mode of the high - speed railway in China. Different damages most likely occur with complex operating environment, operating conditions, loading conditions and differences in climatic conditions. Three main damages are found in the research of slab ballasfless track such as gap of mortar layer and track slab, damages of mortar layer and concrete injuries. Based on the research of the causes of different damages, different maintenance techniques and materials are dis- cussed which provides technical support for the maintenance and the design of haUasfless track.
