摘要
目的反复支气管肺炎患儿微量元素与免疫功能检测结果,分析微量元素与免疫功能对小儿支气管肺炎的影响。方法选取我院2011年2月-2013年2月期间收治的284例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对末梢血微量元素含量进行检测,根据检测结果中末梢血中锌与铁的含量将患儿分为两组,进行观察对比;同时与284例健康儿童在免疫功能方面采用免疫速率散射比浊法与六色流式细胞仪分析检测法对小儿血清中,多种指标进行检测对比。结果根据微量元素检测,284例患儿中,有224例患儿的锌、铁含量低于正常值,P<0.05,差异显著。免疫功能检测中,两组中IgA、IgG、对比,患儿组比正常组均低很多,P<0.05,差异显著。结论微量元素锌、铁缺乏,免疫功能紊乱等,都与小儿支气管肺炎有直接关系。
【Objective】To repeatedly trace elements in children with bronchial pneumonia and immune function test results, analysis the influence of trace elements and immune function in children with bronchial pneumonia. 【Methods】The clinical data of 284 cases of bronchial pneumonia were selected in our hospital in 2011 February to 2013 February were analyzed retrospectively, to detect the content of trace elements in peripheral blood, according to the results of the content of zinc and iron in peripheral blood of the patients were divided into two groups, were observed and compared with 284 cases of healthy,; children in the immune function by immune rate nephelometry and six colour flow cytometry analysis of serum detection method, detection of indicators. 【Results】According to the detection of trace elements, 284 cases, 224 cases of zinc, iron content is lower than the normal value, P〈0.05, significant difference. Detection of immune function, compared with IgA, IgG two groups, with group than in the normal group were much lower, P〈0.05, significant difference. 【Conclusion】The trace elements of zinc, iron deficiency, immune dysfunction and so on, have a direct relationship with bronchial pneumonia in children.
