摘要
目的研究等速万向节星形套的精密成形方法,提高其材料利用率。方法基于对冷态闭塞式精锻工艺的理论研究,根据星形套的零件结构,选择确定了其工艺流程,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行了一次性冷精锻成形的数值模拟。结果通过有限元分析,得到了成形过程中的应力应变分布、材料流动趋势及载荷变化情况等。结论根据工艺分析及模拟结果,进行了相关试验,并得到了满足尺寸要求的精锻件,提高了生产效率和材料利用率,对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。
Objective To research the netshape forming method of the starlike inner race,and to improve the material utilization. Methods Based on the study on cold closed die forging technology theory,according to the special structure of starlike inner race,the forming method was determined,and the forming process was simulated using the finite element analysis software. Results Through finite element analysis,the distribution of effective stress and strain,the flow tendency and load change of the material in the forming process were obtained. Conclusion The experiment was conducted according to the simulated result,the product was obtained with size meeting the requirement,the production efficiency and material utilization were improved,which can provide effective guidance for production.
