摘要
阐述当前住宅建设产业化现状和存在的若干问题,分析模块化建筑在工业化、装配化以及抗震性能等方面的特点,提出了模块化建筑可作为提高我国建筑技术水平的重要战略措施之一。
The paper explained industrialization of residential buildings and some problems , and also analysed the industrialized , assembled and the the seismic performance characteristics etc , of modularization buildings and it was pointed out that modular buildings could be used as one of important strategic measures to improve technical level of construction in China .
