摘要
为了确定正压力、转速、钢级和钻井液等因素对套管磨损的影响程度,建立了磨损-效率模型来预测井下套管的磨损,通过套管磨损四因素三水平正交磨损试验,测量了正交表中给定正压力、转速、钢级和钻井液类型下套管的磨损效率和摩擦因数,同时通过试验数据的极差分析得出了减少套管磨损的优化的水平搭配方案。分析结果表明,使套管磨损性能最佳的试验条件为正压力200 N,转速60 r/min,钢级为N80,钻井液类型为油基钻井液;钻井液类型对套管磨损效率的影响因素最大,套管钢级的影响次之,转速再次之,正压力的影响最小。
To determine the impacts of the factors like positive pressure, revolving speed, steel grade and the mud on the casing wear, the wear-efficiency model is established to predict the downhole casing wear. The 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal tests are conducted to measure the wear efficiency and friction coefficient of the given revolv- ing speed, steel grade and the mud type. The range analyses on test data lead to the optimization scheme of reducing the casing wear level. The results show that the positive pressure of 200 N, revolving speed of 60 r/min, steel grade of NS0 and oil-based mud resulted in the best performance. The mud type has the greatest effect on casing wear, fol- lowed by the casing steel grade, the revolving speed and the positive pressure with the minimum effect.
